What we do
A registered builder for the jobs handymen guess at
Plenty of trades will have a go at general maintenance. The difference with MNA Builds is that your small job gets a DB-L registered builder, which means the fix is done with an understanding of what is behind the wall, under the floor and above the ceiling.
That matters more than people expect. A sagging door can be a stumps problem. A damp skirting board can be a waterproofing problem. We diagnose the cause, fix it once and tell you honestly if something bigger needs attention.
Most maintenance jobs are quoted quickly and knocked over in a visit or two, with the site left cleaner than we found it.

01 Is my job too small to call about?
No. General carpentry and maintenance is one of our core services, not a favour. If it involves timber, doors, walls or floors, call us.
02 Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. We handle maintenance for investment properties and rentals, with clear communication and invoices that keep everyone happy.
03 Can you give a price over the phone?
For straightforward jobs, often yes, especially if you can send photos. Bigger or murkier jobs get a quick site visit so the price is right the first time.
04 What if you find a bigger problem?
We tell you straight, explain your options and quote any extra work separately. No surprise invoices, ever.
