Ask any building inspector where renovations fail and they will give you the same answer: waterproofing. It is invisible when it is done, impossible to check after tiling and catastrophic when it fails. That is why we made it a specialty rather than a subcontract.
MNA Builds holds a Certificate III in Waterproofing alongside DB-L building registration. Whether we are waterproofing as part of a full renovation or as a standalone job before your tiler starts, the membrane, falls and junctions are done to standard and documented.
If you have an existing leak, we can find the cause, open up what needs opening, fix it properly and reinstate the finishes. One trade, one point of responsibility.

01 Are you certified to waterproof?
Yes. MNA Builds holds a Certificate III in Waterproofing and provides compliant work with the documentation to prove it.
02 Can you waterproof before my tiler starts?
Yes. We regularly do standalone waterproofing for owners and other trades, ready for tiling with the certification supplied.
03 My shower is leaking. Can you fix it without a full renovation?
Sometimes, depending on the cause. We will diagnose it honestly. If a repair will hold, we will say so. If the membrane has failed, we will tell you that too and quote the proper fix.
04 Do you waterproof balconies over living areas?
Yes. External membranes over habitable rooms are high-stakes work and exactly where certified waterproofing earns its keep.
