One registered builder from strip-out to final finish
A renovation has a hundred moving parts. What makes the difference is who is holding them together. At MNA Builds, that person is Matt, the director and builder. He quotes your job, plans it with you and is on the tools until handover.
Because we hold a Certificate III in Waterproofing alongside DB-L building registration, the areas that most often fail in renovations, your showers, bathrooms and laundries, are done in-house and done right. No subcontractor roulette on the most critical trade in the job.
We keep the site tidy, keep you in the loop and keep going until the finish is something we are proud to put the MNA name on.

01 Do you renovate bathrooms and kitchens end to end?
Yes. We handle demolition, carpentry, waterproofing and coordination of plumbing, electrical and tiling, through to the finished room.
02 Who does the waterproofing in my renovation?
We do. MNA Builds holds a Certificate III in Waterproofing, so wet areas are certified and done in-house rather than left to chance.
03 Can you work from my plans or help me plan?
Both. If you have drawings we will quote from them. If you are starting from an idea, Matt will walk the space with you and help shape a practical plan.
04 How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the scope. A bathroom is typically a few weeks, a larger renovation or extension longer. You get an honest timeline up front and updates as the job moves.
